President Obama to issue executive order protecting up to five million undocumented immigrants who are the parents of United States Citizens. In addition, beginning in December United States Citizens and green card holders from Guatemala, Honduras and El Salvador may apply for refugee status to bring their children under 21 years of age to the U.S. Once here, they can seek work authorization and permanent resident status.
